The truth is ....he is overrated? TCU stepped up in level of competition and lost about the same (4 this yr vs 5 over the last 4 yrs) number of games this year in the Big12 as he did in the last 4 years in that weak sauce conference they were in before.

If he thought the change from the MWC to the Big12 was difficult.......

He lost a lot of his team before the season, playing freshman in the backfield. He'll be here to rape the SEC in no time.

How did Les do in the Big12?

Jest saying that being successful in the Mountain West is probably a little easier that being successful in other "more establised" conferences.

In fact, TCU was the BiG Fish in the small pond of the MWC.

They have the 17th ranked defense in the nation. With 3 freshman and 4 sophomores. That's impressive.

Virtually impossible on a iPad!

Ok ....so the decrease in win% from 92% to 57% is of no concern?

Since Crow Pie is downplaying Patterson he must be out new head coach.

Most solid info to come out so far.

You think? He has played a high school schedule most seasons and got his team up for one game a year. The little fat man will be great for Arkansas. He can battle State for 5th.

Les win% went UP from 57% to 81% when he went from the BIg12 to the SEC

Gary's went DOWN from 82%to 57% from the MWC to the Big12.

Pretty sure that IS the concern here that he maybe overrated?

Gary has done better in the Big12 in his first year than half of les' years there.

Been saying for awhile that GP is not the slam dunk some believe him to be.

That said I don't think he leaves TCU for either of those schools.

Not a valid comparison IMO.
