God is truly a miracle worker! Fiances brother is off the breathing machine. Surgeries are complete. Should be out of the ICU and to a regular room tomorrow and out of the hospital end of next week. After seeing pictures of the car and being an ER nurse myself, all I can say is he had a guardian angel with him! Thanks y'all! Now let's kill some animals!
