Well Nerlens > Lopez and Shabazz>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Rivers (Gordon doesn't ever actually play basketball in the NBA so he doesn't count) so at this point at time I'm not sure it's a terrible idea honestly.

Everyone on this board wants to go the Sonics/Thunder route to being a legitimate team in this league, well another top 3 pick in the lottery sort of season is required for that. Gotta get your Westbrook to put next to your Durant (Davis).

back down to earth now. this team doesn't have enough for a playoff push, as expected.

A healthy Gordon changes the team dynamic completely. Guys that are liabilities on offense can become useful role players and the perimeter defense would improve a great deal. It's not time to jump on board the tank until they tell us in mid December that Gordon needs surgery. And even then you don't tank by pulling Davis, you tank because this team without Gordon isn't all that good.

This.

I might jump aboard the tank if we're at the Allstar break and Gordon is still out. I believe a whole host of issues will be mitigated/eliminated with a productive Gordon on the court night in and night out.

Stupid to think we should tank at this point. That's like saying the saints should begin to tank after losing week 1 and 2 with brees injured, but due back in week 4.

It's "suck a dick, we the shite, Metamucil."

And god forbid someone suggest the hornets aren't a top 5 team in the league. Do so and JayJay will come running, usually with a "smdh" or something equally stupid. Our team is not good. People can still be fans and recognize that we suck and are likely to continue sucking.

You still think the Hornets are beating the Grizz, Thunder, or Clippers in the first round this year?

So yes, you still maintain that we'll beat either the 1 or 2 seed in the playoffs?

Way not to lose faith bro. The season barely started and you are ready to phone it in. Just ask the Bobcats how being the worse team in the league automatically gives you the top draft spot!

Nope, wait, it doesn't. COME ON MAN!

Probably Zeller or Noel. Noel if you want a project, Zeller if you thinking winning in the near future is a possibility.

He'll be top 3 though, I imagine.
