I've got a turkey breast. What's the best way to cook this thing?

Cut it into stripes and fry it like chicken.

I'm thinking about smoking a turkey breasted this holiday season. Do y'all recommend injecting or brining? Or can you do both?

A slow cooker will make that thing perfect right out of the package while you cook the other 12 things on your list. If you are looking for simple turkey, that is the way to go.

Brining is a necessity, injecting is just for extra flavors.

I recommend a short brine, then smoke it.....beautifully delicious!
