I would bet just about ANYTHING that John Gruden or Jeff Fischer will not be coaching Tennessee.

Vols are in a bind financially,Hart eluded to it in the presser,not sure how high they can go money wise.

Just googled Jeff Fischer. Don't think he's qualified, but probably a step up from Dooley.
