Mud Truck

quote:

2003 Ford F350 - $7,000.00 2003 Ford F350 4x4 with a 8 r 10 inch lift on it. runs great would make a good mud truck just needs mud tires put on. 6 speed standard transmission and 7.3 diesel. Asking $7000

This guy has to be trolling right?

a 7.3L diesel would not make a good mud truck, even chopped up like that. That is major weight.

Turbo lag is horrible in the mud. Flooring it to spin the tires and then shooting off like a rocket when you don't need to is the wrong way to go about it. I always had to remember to put my truck in 1st gear and boost up the motor.

I would pay probably $2500 for that truck.

Do they have any actually legit ads on any classified sites anymore? All I see are ads like:

2010 Tundra Crew Cab, 13,267 miles: $3400
2009 Jeep Wrangler, 15,400 miles: $2900

Do people actually fall for this crap?
