The cheating stuff happened pre-marriage, after they got married she didn't like the trash house they were living in so she asked corey to go buy a trailer, corey didn't want to jump into buying a house and instead was wanting/needing to buy a new truck...she used that as an excuse to move out with the kids because she felt the house was too unsafe
