To be fair...Cal isn't great but is one of those boogey-men teams everyone has on their schedule (Auburn to LSU) were they seem to play above their heads and tough...if you watched the game, the upset was rife for the taking for awhile... with Oregon suffering 3-4 starter injuries during the game and already beginning the game with freshman all on the D-line because of missing starters due to injuries.
But Marioti played Heisman worthy last night. Oregon couldn't run but he was lights out passing...27 of 34 passes for 377 yards with six touchdowns and no interceptions...a 230.79 passing efficiency rating.
Last night, wasn't simply Cal sucks...easy victory. Oregon (Marioti) played great under the circumstances.

Cal didnt have their starting QB Maynard last night either. Not saying he is a baller, but I think he is better than decent; he played well vs tOSU.
