I'm amazed at how simple this is and yet no one gets it right. It wasn't the fourth down call when Bama would have expected a pass; it wasn't even the third down call for the same reason. On first or second, with Bama's safety at the line, we should have run play action and thrown it. You do what they're not expecting. Simple, right?
