Well he is a legit 7-footer who can play very physical against other strong physical players (Like Al Jefferson). He protects the rim and is not afraid to make a hard foul when need be.

Truth. There will be some games where Lopez plays limited mins bc his size might not be needed against smaller teams(ie more Anderson, Davis, AFA). He will be of utmost importance when we play teams that have dominant bigs like Lakers, Spurs, Jazz, Kings, Port, etc...

Lopez looking like a steal so far this season. Rebound numbers could be better but good defense + scoring efficiently, and his contract is insanely cheap for a legit starting center.

Yeah, I am legitimately shocked with his production.
I thought he might give us 5 points and 9 boards a game with some good post D in spots but he has been a solid scorer.
