driving from Columbia SC to ATL...they have all figured out, especially Danielson.... defenses same as last year (no advantage),..this year bama qb/off better, no TM7, gives the edge to bama in a big margin....have to agree but, if Les has been game planning this game all year and has been pretty vanilla and is still pissed about 1/9 and cannot sleep and has the boys ready to shock the world with plays/schemes we have not seen and ...well you get it. If the O is open/different and Mett realizes this is his chance to be Jones/Hodsen (sp)/Flynn/Mauck. or Risher/Tyler/Ensminger etc...same old O gets us saame old result....Nick has schemed against that for years....what you got Hat!!!!

Offense is vanilla as they come. Doubt we going to see anything different. Saban is going to eat Les lunch this year unfortunately

Okay good deal.
Well I had UF as our only loss going into the season. I really loved our chances against Bama before all the kickoffs/ineligible/injurie.. I still like our chance to win. Our style will keep us in the game, and this D line for LSU will keep them in every single game all by themselves. I agree the offense is awful, but again this D line is too beastly.

I hate Bama, and that little prick. I won't nothing more than for LSU to beat them down. I think the key match ups and it's probably obivious is our O-line againts their D. And to me even more importantly our recievers against their DBs. If we can somehow hit some passes and back the safeties off we have a shot. frick Bama.

If we play like we want it and beat them in the trenches I like our chances. But don't expect anything new on Offense just and old fashioned slugfest

Mathieu was a non-factor in that game last year, except for the thug move he made on the Bama DB on a punt that cost us 15 yards.
On paper, LSU is at a decided disadvantage, but this game will be played on the tasty grass of Tiger Stadium. Miles has had nearly 10 months and the last couple of weeks to think about this game. Just like the South Carolina game, I think our boys come out ready for vengeance.

What i gathered from the interview was that Danielson said Miles has to trust Mett. He's gotta let him throw and not play too close to the vest. IMO we have to take shots down the field whether we complete them or not. If we don't stretch the field it's gonna get mighty thick along the line of scrimmage. Gotta take some chances. Gotta do a little gamblin'. Take off the reins Les!

Give up a quick 7-10 off turnovers and the game is over. Lsu's best shot is winning a low scoring game
