What do you put pimentos in?

I make a pimento cheese spread. I use them to spice up some whole kernel corn. I really like the sweet flavor and mild heat. I have been slipping them into anything I add bell peppers to. Anyone ever tried them on a pizza? I was thinking that might be good.

Pimento cheese, of course. I also make a pimento cheesy grits dish and I put a lot of them in there. I use them for something else, also, but I can't think of it right now.

Olives. Well I don't, but olive makers do.

I put them in Mac and Cheese once. It was damn good.

They're pretty good on pizza. I also use them when I make a childhood favorite of mine, Tuna Pot Pie.

I would like to try something like that. Is it as simple as it sounds?
I too, dodged these little things previously, but now that I have tried them, I like them. They are little sweet peppers that pack a good bit of flavor.

They come already attached to the olives, so I'm good with that.

Chicken ala King for a ladies luncheon.

Very simple. I can't put my hands on the recipe right now, but you make the grits, add a little cream cheese, not much, pimentos and cheddar cheese and some green onions. Might have a little milk or cream. Can't remember, but the cream cheese makes them creamy without having a cream cheese taste. Just something different. I do it with steak or chops from time to time.

I like roasted peppers on pizza...though I usually buy the jarred italian roasted peppers (Alessi brand, i think) because the pimentos are cut too fine. The little pieces disappear on a pizza. The italian peppers are in big chunks, so you can cut them into whatever size you like.

A couple of them go well in a glass of vodka.
So I'm told.
So I'm told.

I like adding them to casseroles like chicken noodle or tuna.
