Just a forum thread where a guy had a deer and dog shot on his property. He called Sheriff and Green Jeans. Offenders were caught...

Here's a pic from the thread:

Somebody in the BS thread said you would have to be an idiot to confuse a coyote with a Husky.

I would have a hard time deciphering the 2 in daylight much less night. They were in the wrong regardless.

Could have been mistaken for a yote, but the somebitch that shoots my dog on my property will be lucky to walk away in cuffs.

Upon reading all three pages, it seems the dog was shot somewhere else, earlier in the night. Stupid perps put the dead dog in their truck then continued on to where they shot the deer on someone else's property. Property owner says deer was within 75 yards of his front door and dropped another 50 yards away.

Who the frick goes night hunting on someone's front lawn??????

Friggen idiots!

that's a pretty dog. what a shame.

he should be glad the sheriff got him because some landowners would have put some lead in that son of a bitch.

oddly enough, someone is walking a husky in front of my hotel right not. the face looks exactly like the one in the picture. looking at the dog, it would have to very low light conditions to confuse it for a coyote. I could see it happening, but its pretty easy to distinguish between the two.

agree.
all the huskies i've seen are BRIGHT white.
all the yotes i've seen are buff.

I think that's just a sorry excuse for what this guy did. He knew that was a dog, imo.

Saw a yote on my way home lastnight. 65mph in the side of the headlights, and it was obvious. There are too many differences between yotes and huskys. They knew what they were doing. What section of BS was this in/

I used to have an Alaskan Malamute that looked just like that. Although I did live in Alaska in the Military I had the dog here in Louisiana.
