what day are people allowed to starting setting up for tailgating?

people start setting up on Thursday, but legit setup can begin after classes end on Friday...

thanks... i am coming in town early friday morning, with a truck and trailor, and have no reservations anywhere, me and a couple of friend were going to just set up our tailgate spot and camp out and party, do you think they will tell us anything if we get there around 4 am friday? we were planning on setting up around nicholson and burbank

there really is no point in getting there at 4 aM on a school day...there will be nothing going on but school all day....
