They were favored by a million. Is it any surprise?

Oregon goes up 50-0 and then doesn't score in the second half and lets the other team score a little this season. They've been a bettors nightmare.

And why did the Pac 12 want Colorado? Boise or BYU wouldn't done this bad

Well Oregon is 2nd in the nation in scoring offense and Colorado is 119th in scoring defense. It's a match made in scoring heaven.

What was the O/U on this game?

this lack of competition is going to bite them in the arse later this year.. have Oregon's starter's even played 4 quarters yet?

Boise is a junior college and cal/stanford didnt want to be in the same conference with a crazy religious school. besides, they invited utah, so 2 teams from that state would have been silly.

Starting next week their starters/backups will be playing 4 quarters. They will get enough experience that it probably won't be much of an issue. It also helps they face a pretty good D in practice every day.

I'd bet anything I had that LSU would struggle to score 30 against Colorado.

Denver market and they're a big research school. BYU because of the religious issues and Boise because of academic issues.

Two different types of offenses. Oregon, as you know, is extremely fast paced. LSU is slow, methodical, and tries to wear out defenses over the course of the game.

LSU would beat Oregon.

If BYU would be accepted it would actually make perfect sense. Look at the PAC...everyone has an obvious in state rival.

Every state has two schools except California. Although their are two in the north and two in the south.

Adding teams has to do with TV markets.

The SEC added A&M for Houston and Missouri for St. Louis and Kansas City. They didn't add WVU because they have no TV market.

The PAC 12 added Colorado for Denver.

The Ducks were favored by 47 and 67 1/2 was the O/U. I think the Ducks might cover both.

yes, splitting the tv money up to another school who brings absolutely nothing in terms of market share makes perfect sense.
