Seeds 2-5 in the Eastern Conference up for grabs between DC, Chicago, New York and Houston. Seeds 2-4 can flip pending what Seattle, LA and RSL.

Oh and Chris Wondolowski needs two goals to break Roy Lassiter's single season goalscoring record, held since the league's inaugural season. COME ON WONDO!

Philadelphia vs. New York, NBC, 12:30 CT:

New York is currently 4th in the East, but can move to third or drop to fifth pending results.

Montreal vs New England, 1 CT:

Nothing to see here.

DC United vs Chicago Fire, NBC Sports, 2 CT:

Battle for second seed in the East.

Portland vs San Jose, NBC Sports, 5:30 CT:

Portland's defense: BAD. Wondo's chance of breaking the record: GOOD. Note: Somehow Wondo hasn't scored on the vaunted Timbers' defense.

Colorado vs. Houston, 8 CT, MLS Live:

Houston can move up to three or remain at five with a loss, risking not hosting a playoff game for the play-in game.

Real Salt Lake vs. Vancouver, 8 CT, MLS Live:

Real Salt Lake need a win to clinch the #2 seed in the West. Vancouver are locked in the #5 spot regardless of result, but are the first Canadian team to make the MLS playoffs. Poor TFC.

Sunday:

FC Dallas vs Chivas USA and Toronto FC vs. Columbus are meaningless.

Seattle vs. LA., 8 CT, ESPN:

A Seattle victory over LA will all but clinch the second seed, regardless of RSL's result on Saturday, unless RSL score 6+ on Van City.

I'll be pulling for him. Nobody has even scored 20 in the past 10 years.

The Pink Cows play surprisingly poor against Philly. I don't think NY will win this one.

But do playoffs count? I think they do.

ETA: Actually I'm not sure.

For the Wondo record? I doubt it. Isn't it thought of as another competition?

I hope Wondo breaks the record tomorrow night.

Galaxy-Sounders will be a good match.

Nice thread, thenry.

DA COOP puts NYRB up on Philly early from the spot. Henry grabs him and makes him acknowledge Tim Cahill for drawing the penalty and to thank traveling supporters.

Henry can be such a dick sometimes. It's good that he thinks about those things, but he didn't really need to grab Cooper.

I especially think its funny coming from Henry, who shrugs everyone off after making a goal

Super Cooper closes out that game. DC vs Chicago game becomes even bigger now with the loser dropping to the fourth or fifth seed. Houston pretty much cemented in the play-in game now.

I am pretty annoyed that the Houston game is not televised in Houston.

How the hell does that happen?

Lenhart draws the penalty and Wondo cleanly finishes it to tie the record.

Dynamo will stay in 5th. Regardless of result tonight.

REST THE PLAYERS

But the points might be crucial in deciding cup venue.

Hmmmmm. I'm conflicted

Heard Wondo tied the record. Good for him. Even if he plays for SJ...great goalscorer.

Merritt Paulson is a tool. From his Twitter:

"What gets more ink: Wondo’s record tying goal or fact the 2012 Timbers didn’t get 1 pk? ;) Seriously, congrats to Wondo..great season"
