How does GMFS compares on rates and fees versus other companies, locally and nationally?
I ask, because I did not look at them, I used Zillow and contacted several lenders from there - great experience.

one of the finest right here! GMFS is the largest direct lender in LA for a reason. it will be a very smooth transaction..who is your loan officer?

will our rates are in line with the internet lenders the difference being our customer service and we are a lender not a broker so the process is much quicker..

I will never use GMFS for financing a mortgage ever again. They have some fricking idiots in that place. I could choke a couple frickers over there.

You seem to be in the minority considering the reviews I read.

I know quite a few that work there. Brian, Greg and grant to name a few

I hope you're trolling. They made mine extremely easy.

gmfs is a good company but they are on the retail side, i work as a wholesale broker plus gmfs is one of lenders we work with but we dont charge the fees like they do and our rates are generally an 1/8 to a .25 better,

What's the 30 year refi rate?
Posted on 10/26/12 at 10:15 am to LSU1018
on a conventional refi pending loan to value, credit score and no points, you are looking at 3.5%, rates have been bad for the last 2 weeks.
on fha, they are at 3.25%
