When the line is not effective in pass protection, go to a three step drop hitting slants with the wide-outs doing slants to the inside, slot receivers going to the outside an rb doing a hot route for a dink over the middle and/or tight end crossing patterns. No 15 yard comback routes or fly routes that take 4 seconds to develop. Is it that hard?

If a team knows you can't pass protect then they tend to cover the shorter routes and leave the deep stuff open. Is it that hard?

So far our pass protection is not effective. How this will work against Alabama, time will tell.

It is not just a pass protection problem, it is about the quickening of release, by our QB. He has to be more alert and quicken his reflexes.

I am optimistic, our coaches will feverishly work on this problem and have a solution for Alabama. I hope.

As for "Ton Chou", he does not realize his name, the C part, is pronounced Choo...and yo azz ain't pronounced dat way!!

Lol! I know what it is. I've never seen a cajun french slang dictionary though. I've also viewed people who pronouce it as Choo as not having been around old cajun french speaking folks very much. Sounds a little more like chure when said correctly.

When the DE are causing havoc of the edges, whatever happened to that inside rb screen we ran so successfully, circa 2007? Ware & Hill would excel with this. It's not like its a recipe that Crowton took with him.

Seriously,we allegedly have a pro-style offense,but no screens,passes to TE's or legitimate play action
