Didn't get a chance to see it and not where I can watch a replay.

I heard the humble pie being served was delicious.

I was just reading this so I guess I'll post it in this thread.

I'm not trying to be critical of the guy, but WHAT IN THE HELL?

quote:
On Jeremy Hill earning playing time as a freshman … "He had very comfortably learned football. He had a very quality football IQ and just a natural sense for what should be and what shouldn't be. He has great ball skills, and of course his size and speed combination lets you know that he was going to have that opportunity to play. The thing that you wonder about a freshman is how he will respond when the lights turn on in a game like last Saturday night, and that's the only thing that was ever any question. Of course his response is very small."

Forgot exactly what his words were which is probably a good thing but he was glad that the fans stayed ... said there was gridlock when HE left for home.
Said that the players appreciated the fan support.

Hill/his play was not or very little impacted by being thrust into the spotlight of big time college football in TS.

Means Hill is mature enough to handle the moment...he didn't shrink to the competition/wasn't too big for him...Just dug that out of my universal translator...ie., thats what my wife said.

I wish ppl that call Miles stupid would realize he is actually pretty damn smart and sharp as a tack. You don't talk like that by accident. I am convinced he does that shite to mess with the media.

Oh there's no doubt about it in my mind, that's why I said that I wasn't being critical. I just thought it was a damn strong quote for the world to see
