I've seen many evaluations of this that show it doesn't work for much more than stirring water as it warms.
I can already do that....Any real Coonass can!

I suppose one who buys a roux maker would probably need both hands to hold a bottle of beer. Might want to invest in a nipple for the bottle while you're at it though.
Oh, and don't forget a bib either. Those really come in handy when dribbling.
