i read on here about obj and mett frequenting the bars. 10 years ago, when i was in school, our players had very strict rules about going out. is this not the case under leslie?

college kids go to bars. deal with it.

They are in college and are going to go out, period, whether they have to sneak around it or not
obviously away weeks and vs ranked teams at home I would probably ban them from going out but other weeks I don't see an issue letting them go out Mon-Thurs as long as it isnt effecting school.I doubt they want to practice and run hungover in the morning

no drinking during the season is a rule on other major d-1 programs.

I'm fairly sure this was not the case.

How hard is it for players to stay out of bars? No discipline. Can't the team have a rule against this?

Maybe they need to go to bars more.
I'm pretty sure this has been going on since there he been college football teams.
Heck, didn't Bear Bryant send bags of cash to the bars his players trashed? Didn't seem to hurt his success much.

Wasn't the case under Saban either. Players were always in Tigerland during the season.

10 years ago was 2002. I was at LSU then and players were always in the bars.
