The offense is not playing well and Miles and the coaching staff don't seem to have the answers. I don't like the body language of coaches and players alike. The players appear to have lost confidence in the game plan which fall on the coaches to come up with something that works. Miles has proven to be to stubborn to change.

Some old people are just never happy.

Mississip, I don't know you or your dad form Adam, so I won't judge.

I do sit within earshot of this man in sec 414 and he bitches literally the entire game. If we are winning by 30 then our starters should be pulled. Just a grumpy old man.

See If you would have gone this route instead of all the "your a hack" shite. If you wouldn't have been so analytical and critical It would have had a mature debate. You just wanted to prove me wrong. Responding is futile.

Our worst season since Miles' hire is 8-5 in 2008, and you would have thought the world was ending around here. That was considered a spectacular season in the 90s, and an average season before that. If you want to overlook this fact, go right ahead, but you can't make it go away. This current LSU team and staff resembles the Cholly Mac era in absolutely no way, shape, or form.

No one team is dominating the Tigers right now. No other team has a win streak of any significance against LSU. 2 in a row is the best ANYONE has done in the last 10 years. Could you say that about previous regimes other than Arnsparger and Saban? Go back in LSU history and find me a time when that was the norm. LSU is even or better with the top teams and is dominating everyone else. Look back at the 10 year records and see for yourself.

Oh, and for your Chavis rationalization, Miles' success has come under three separate offensive and defensive staffs in 8 seasons. Oh, but it's all one guy, right. Thanks, but no. I love Chavis, and think he is a great coach, and was a brilliant hire at the time. When he leaves at some point, it will hurt. It hurt when Pellini left. But, Miles got the guy we needed and things got back on track. The same will happen again. Whatever Miles' shortcoming are on offense, he makes a defensive hire and let's them do their job. Other than his one gaffe in 08 trying to maintain the status quo, he has done pretty well. I have no doubt he will go big for a new DC whenever that day comes again.

How about this? Why not try and enjoy the greatest run to date in the entire 119 year history of LSU football instead of being a whiny bitch?

If only this fanbase wasn't full of spoiled brat idiots like you and your Dad.

Les won the Championship with previously developed players in 07.

Props to his ability to plug into a good opportunity. But let's also look at his pinnacle year 2011-12 - went undefeated in regular season, won SECCG, but lost (and I mean LOST) the biggest game in the history of LSU on 1/9. Repeating: for whatever reason, *CLM lost it. He did not have an answer for Saban's Alabama; he and LSU looked woefully unprepared out there that night - like cannon fodder - as if LSU hadn't previously beaten Bama in Tuscaloosa and won all its games.

I agree the Old timers are never happy. I sit in the northern end zone which is all over the age spectrum, at least where I sit.

My father is happy with the wins and the way we are winning.(he's not older then 60) But he has been involved in sports for a very very long time as well as I have(relative to my age, especially football). I just value his opinion after five games of him telling me what's going to happen and it actually happening. My Uncle has an ear in the program and tells me basically the same things. There just opinions that I take with a grain of salt, it's up to the rant to interpret what they want .

You still haven't said anything intelligent - just sophomoric insults and personal attacks.

Why won't you man up and tell us all how you think our 18-1 record since we got a new OC has "worked out" for us?

He went on to make analogies about Charles McClendon and how he would throw up impressive seasons but would lose to a good team and just never could really hack it.

it was bear bryant teams, not "a good team". we beat plenty of good teams under mac. nobody else was beating bryant either. AND, LSU football goes back before chollie mac. no offense to your dad buy sounds like he's a miles hater.
