Making tackles in the backfield.

He had a solid game and I think it will continue.

Apparently our outside linebackers think it's Harper's job to stop the run.

he completely whiffed on a tackle/hit late in the game on a WR that was way up in the air trying to catch a ball. he could have taken the guys legs out or hit him square in the back but took the worst angle imaginable and barely grazed him. i cant remember the exact play because i hate football right now

as long as he doesn't have to cover ANYONE, i agree….

his ability to come up in run support has never been questioned… his tackling has been spotty at times, but he steps up from time to time…. but his coverage ability….

let's just say i wouldn't select roman harper to cover roman harper's shadow….

He had a solid game because the Chefs ran a lot.. He did have some nice plays in coverage also though.

That was the play where Cassel ran backwards and all over the place before throwing it up. Harper had a chance to make a play but failed.

We know he can stop the run but I am personally getting sick of him. He had a chance to push Charles out of bounds to prevent that long touchdown run but is too damn slow. He can't catch either. In fact he prob has the 3rd worst hands on the team behind Prob and Morgan. He is better than alot of other SS in the league but the guy has major flaws.

yeah Juneyah and Ellis both failed to sack him also. Its one thing to have RG3 and Cam elude your defenders but, Matt Cassel?

How about blaming all the other guys along the line of scrimmage instead of blaming the guy who was on the other side of the field when Charles broke through the line. If we had a linebacker beside Lofton who could shed a block and fill a gap it's not up to Harper to save a TD 70 yards down the field.

Yeah, 230+ yds rushing and a dropped INT that would've won the game, but he played great.

Yeah, nice catch on the pick in the endzone. It didn't even hit his hands, it hit his forearm. He crossed his hands like you teach a 4 yr old how not to catch. He's a balla. At least Roy Williams (DB not WR) could catch. I can't say he's the worst safety in the league, but I can't think of any off the top of my head I would take him over.

And for all the Jenkins talk, I'm not sure he's much better. I'm still waiting for him to make a play too.

On the 90 yd run by Charles, Jenkins was in position to make contact about 2 yds past the los. He just stood and watched.

It kind of is his job as a safety on a running play.
