I thought Simon and Martin each blew an assignment and gave up a TD, Sumon on the one on the sideline and Martin on the back out the backfield.
The Simon one was a great play call because Simon whiffed on a tackle on a receiver screen just a few plays earlier. You know he was just seeing red so the Vandal coach calls a fake screen, and Simon blows right past what he thought was the blocker...similar to what we did to Washington, only we ran the short post.

Well miles said a qb mistake gave up a td (the pick and long return, setting up 1st and goal) but yeah, there was a blown coverage on this one too.
And the other was a corner mistake. That would be the long pass, confirmed as Simons fault.
