Boat Carpeting

I am looking for someone to put carpet in a 17' EXPress bass boat. I live near Denham Springs and need it done soon. Any suggestions?

I know a guy, but he moved to Texas. Does amazing work. He comes back every year to work on a few boats though.

Check the boat classifieds on LA sportsman, I've seen em advertising on there before.

It is my nephews boat and I have used it the past three years while he was in the military and I wanted to do it before he ETS's (Estimated Time of Separation) from the military. The carpet was not in that great of shape before he left and of course it has only gotten worse in the past four years. It will be my gift to him for letting me use his boat while he has been serving.

That's awesome.
The guy I know didn't feel comfortable passing on a recommendation . He hasn't seen anyone else's work in years.

Make sure you tell them it's a gift for a returning soldier...most honorable places will give a discount for active military personnel.

Anyone know what it runs? I have an 18 ft express and carpet is still decent but starting to detach in some places so will soon need a redo.

Depends on who does it, but what kind of carpet and glue they use, and etc.
