Possible Trade scenario at play

This is my team currently;
QB - Matt Schaub
RB - Adrian Peterson
RB - Frank Gore
RB - Marshawn Lynch
RB - Kevin Smith
RB - Brandon Jacobs
WR - Andre Johnson
WR- Greg Jennings
WR - Sidney Rice
WR - Reggie Wayne
WR - Davone Bess
TE - Jermichael Finley
TE - Jason Witten
LB - Patrick Willies
LB - James Laurinaities
DL - Jared Allen
DL - Trent Cole
CB - Charles Woodson
CB - Kyle Arrington
D/ST - Patriots
Guy in my league has Fjax, Redman, Greene, Wells, and Snelling as RB's. His WR's are Julio, Nicks, Torey Smith, Holmes, Harvin, and Rice.
I am thinking he needs a RB really bad now with FJax out. So I am thinking offering him Lynch for Julio straight up.
NonPPR, 6pt TD's, Bonuses for yards etc.

He'd be dumb to accept IMO, but it can't hurt to offer.

I'd deal Gore or Smith first. Lynch and AP is a nice 1-2 combo.

His wrs are arse also, IMO he would be stupid as hell to beef up your already playoff caliber team(look at your IDPs, ridiculous).
