I got Law Firm and Rashad Jennings to think about
Think I'll go with Law Firm here, scared MJD takes away the important snaps(redzone/goal line)

I'd go BJGE in your situation. What about BJGE or AP?

I think I read somewhere they want to get AP around 15 touches. BGE is a lock for 20+. Safe route is BGE and AP for the upside.

Ellis in your situation.. AP will get eased back in. Just because he's starting doesn't mean hes back yet
