Seriously, I would consider the I-12/Causeway route (I think it is reopened), as I bet there are a lot of Mother Truckers taking the Donaldsonville route right now.

So what about tomorrow morning on these routes?

Will I-10W towards BR still not be open? I have never driven to BR without I-10...

10 and Airline are both closed here in Gramercy. Everything else is a cluster, so yes still avoid!
