Anyone have a clue how they make their slaw. That junk is fantastic. Almost kimchiesque. Is it just fermented with green peppers?

all i know is i love it, it gives me stomach issues, and i will eat it again!

I don't know, either, but it's some of the best slaw i've ever had. I think they use balsamic vinegar, but I can't swear by that
