Plenty trees fell near the courthouse in Convent. Hwy 20 in vacherie has telephone poles on the road. Water plants are running fine.

Is the water still rising is Gramercy? I hear all the power that was restored is now out again. I seen some pics of 3125 and the daiquiri shop and it looks like the water is almost to the road. So is it still rising? Are they going to evac any part of the gramercy/lutcher/paulina/grand point area? How about the river is it close to the top of the levee?

From what I hear, MS river is still low. It's Blind river that's the problem.

They cut the power to the substation because of the water levels. I heard that water was coming over us 61 at 0500 this morning. Had to take river road to work tonight because traffis was backed up around the stockpile.
