AVB doesn't care about goals. He likes to squat teams to death.

I'm so pissed Modric went to real. I would rather see him at literally any other team

Hugo Lloris is a huge get for Tottenham... always thought he'd be Arsenal bound. Great keeper.

Why would he come to us? Szczesny is a fine young keeper.

Haha maybe not Arsenal. But I agree Lloris is a huge addition for spurs even if that means Friedel is out of a job I still like the move

Before last year, Arsenal were unsure of whether he would be a good enough keeper. Hugo Lloris is a better keeper and Wenger's "French Connection"

Agreed, but I rate Lloris much higher.

Yeah I don't recall any serious link. We've never paid serious money for a keeper, which already prices us out of Lloris.

Me either, was always just one of those gut feelings I had.

A lot of Gooners were calling for Arsene to spend some of the Fabregas warchest on a keeper before last season... like I said, just always figured he and Gourcuff would be Gooners.

Before everyone loses their shite, let me translate:
Jean-Michel Aulas: We've been in contact with Tottenham since yesterday. Now the keys are in Lloris' hands.

It's vague, and it doesn't mean Lloris to Tottenham. Change the title unless you have better evidence.

Damn, sucks for Brad. There is another club that could use him. He'll land a job soon. IMO.

without a doubt, but he's getting old even for a keeper. That'll hurt his chances at getting a desirable destination. I could see it turning out like kasey keller and ending it in the MLS back in the greatest country in the world.

because he's French, and all French players of Value need to be linked with Arsenal.
