What's the easiest way to get those things white again? It's on seats and the rubber bumper around entire boat.

Get some Starbrite Mildew Cleaner, scrub it good and then let it sit in the sun.

That's my exact trailer. Prayers sent.

And when you are done with that, hit the stubborn spots with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. You can thank me later.

Had older boat and tried everything. Only thing that got them like new was Tylex. Spray it on for no more than a minute or so then rinse off the mildew. If you leave it on too long though it will start to degrade the stitching so be careful

And, after they are clean, do NOT put Armor All (and the like) on them!

After seeing the pic of your seats, I offer this solution. Get a scotch brite green pad and scrub in some gojo hand cleaner. The pumice in the gojo gets down in the tiny cracks and brightens the vinyl up real good.
This is an old trick I used to use on the cockpit combing in yachts.

why?
I do not like the bow stop-very hard to adjust.
Oil bath hubs had to be converted to grease.
Brakes had to be replaced.
Entire axle is in the process of being replaced due to torsion failure.

Actually you'd kind f want to, especially if it'll be sitting in the sun. Whatever chemical you use to clean it will definitely dry the vinyl out some. I'd use something a little longer lasting than armor all though. I used aerospace protectant that cam with my Dad's bed cover.
They'll be slippery at first but they'll last longer with drying out and cracking.

bleach
DO NOT USE BLEACH!
If you do next year you'll posting a thread looking for an upholstery shop because the bleach ate all the threads in your seats.

The Tilex will work with very little, if any, scrubbing.
