Very strange.
The only possible thing I can think of is maybe Miles and TM talked on the phone, so there was a "conversation," but not a "meeting."

Not likely to believe Bonnette. If there was a meeting, which the family says their was, would LSU admit to it? It would only become more of a distraction to the current team. And Miles is trying to put the situation behind him to keep his team focused. I believe Miles will help Tyrann in any way he can, as long as it stays out of the media at this point. There is no way that JK is this far off-base.

I get that, but I also believe that these reporters should be held to a higher standard than what they have shown. Better yet, I'd prefer they hold themselves to a higher standard, but it doesn't look like they care.
Stories like this are a moving target, and short of not reporting anything unless it's official, I'm not sure there is a standard that can be met.

He specifically said there was no meeting if not true than Miles is a LIAR! Why would Miles risk his entire rep denying there was a meeting that is not any way against any rules? Its not like he is a reporter who can just make up stuff w/o repercussions.

Add in that Hannagriff (Spelling?) was the first to break the news yesterday about the meeting being scheduled for last night. JK may be looking for readers but multiple people reported a meeting was to be held last night and now LSU is retracting statements as they have been doing all week.

This is getting old. There was obviously a meeting....hanigriff was 100%, and klein didn't just make his shite up, despite what some say. They are using a play on words.....LSU clearly does not want anything getting out that they can help. I think most people would agree that something happened last night......just like you can be sure that the Senior Official was reporting the official LSU stance....lsu very careful.

Folks miles would have no reason to meet with TM7 at this point or any point in the future, except to say goodbye. This has been clear for five days now.

They cannot just completely make up stuff and then openly admit that they did it to rile up fans. Nothing anybody can do about anonymous sources, but LSU sure as hell should be able to hammer someone who is blatantly passing off false info!
