Mothers can name a child before birth, or during, or after, even while they are dying. Dany was most like named by her mother, Tyrion by his father, Jon by Ned.
It also confirms that Tyrion is indeed Tywin's son, and implies that Ned is not Jon's true father.
I'm sorry, I don't see the connections being drawn between this quote and the conclusions. Perhaps someone could explain it to me.
How can that confirm Tywin/Tyrion relationship and disprove the John/Eddard relationship?

Let's talk Septa Lemore.
A septa of the faith and crew member of the Shy Maid. Supposedly septas are celibate. Yet Tyrion notices stretch marks on her belly while she bathes. That creates a few questions.
She is obviously not who she says she is. So just who is she?
She also has had a baby at some point. Who is her child?
Some theories are:
She is Ashara Dayne and didn't kill herself after giving birth to Jon Snow.
She is the mother of Tyene Sand
She is the mother of Faegon
Thoughts?

Couldn't we assume that because he said father for Tyrion instead of Tywin that means that maybe Tywin is not Tyrion's father?

The only other candidate for Tyrion's father is Aerys, and I don't see why Tywin would allow Aerys to name his son.

I've been holding onto a thought that Aegon was actually the real Aegon. But while researching Lemore it finally clicked for me that he is indeed faith and, 99% sure, Blackfyre.
The whole theme of the Blackfyre line has been to bide their time and wait to claim "their" throne. What better time when the only Targ that remains is running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. When Rhaegar and his children were killed, it presented the perfect opportunity to raise the Blackfyre heir as a hidden Targ. They actually turned this kid into a king that everyone in Westeros, without a different power agenda, will absolutely love. He has lived a humble life, commoners will flock to him, but had all of the proper training that noblemen insist upon their children. He still could technically be the third dragon, but definitely not Targ.

I think it was posted, but I needed a reminder to watch again so thanks. I'm pretty sure if I got into Song when I was 13 I would have ended up being invovled in LARP are some weird stuff like that. Full nerd level are being reached now, I could imagine my much more impressionable self being subjected to this awesomeness.

As much as I love ASOIAF, no way in hell would I ever larp . The maximum amount of nerdiness would be me going to a nerd con where some of the GoT cast members would be present and attend the panel. No costumes, no larping.
