I have a feeling they're going to really gloss over Dorne. I can only see Quentyn as the one being brought up. The realm at large has no idea that Myrcella was injured at the end of the last book, so I don't see why they would bring it up.

Worst casting they have done. The new guy had like 1 line. They could have cast 100 different guys that would make a better mountain then him.

I want to see Lancel become all pious in season 5 when he marries Gatehouse Ami and Jaime confronts him and finds out that Cersei, after all, HAS been fricking Lancel, Osmund Kettleblack, and Moonboy for all he knows.

But he was already on set/cast, so I guess they just used him for that one line & will bring the orginal mountain back.

Agreed. Jaime is one of my favorite POV's. Even though a lot of people think AFFC is bad, I like reading the contrasting of Jaime to Cersei in their POV's. She goes further into her batshit craziness while Jaime furthers his redemption arc and decides he no longer wants her/sees her for what she is: a Mad Queen.

The Brienne chapters suck majorly . Fat Man could've condensed her 8 chapters into 3 chapters and left out most of the wandering around for Sansa crap.

I still have absolutely no idea how the trip up crackclaw point with Nimble Dick advanced the plot at all. It was 30 pages of complete waste.

I'd be shocked if the show didn't do this. I bet they'll start her AFFC arc in the next season, have her kill Locke near the end of the book instead of Shagwell, and then the next season it'll start off with her meeting the Brothers Without Banners and Stoneheart. Then have her disappear for most the season and find Jaime randomly towards the end of it.
Also show what happens to Jaime when he meets Stoneheart in Season 5. I really think it's bullshite we didn't get that chapter in ADWD.

The only thing I can think of is that we know some of the Bloody Mummers are on their way to Oldtown.

When I read ASOIAF it's usually at night before I fall asleep. And I would doze off almost always during a Brienne chapter . At least with reading the books on my Kindle, I never lost the page that I was on.
And that whole Nimble Dick chapter I basically skimmed and half-assed read it.
Fat Man probably ate 5 dozen donuts and was in a diabetic coma while writing Brienne's chapters. There's no other explanation.
Whenever I do a re-read of ASOIAF, I'm going to skip all the Brienne AFFC chapters.

If you 'like' the Petyr Baelish Facebook page, there's a ton of season 4 pictures, and one was Brienne and Pod filming together. So I'm guessing Brienne leaves King's Landing not too long after arriving with Jaime in the S3 finale.

I don't mind her last two so much as the others, but yeah they almost all suck.
