Well, Bran is in place, so that's already teed up for all kinds of stuff.
I think the GNC is mostly accurate and that's ready to pop as well. I think Jon Snow will be the spark and that his "death" was a way to free him from his vows so that he could leave for Winterfell.

I really do enjoy the GNC.
I had seen parts of it but not read it all. I'm in Part 4 now. Good stuff.

Does LF really care about the Freys killing Cat/getting vengeance? IMO, not really. Has to be something in it for him though for killing Walder.

I think he did. Littlefinger doesn't love her, even if he thinks he does. He sees her as his ultimate prize that was stolen from him. Like the Starks before, the Freys have now taken Cat once and for all from him. Honestly, I'm thinking LF's original plan was waiting for Robb to be killed, which he knew wasn't far off, and deliver Sansa to Catelyn. He'd then crown her "Queen in the North", frick Cat, and then proceed to continue to make the realm bleed.
Even though he's going to really enjoy killing the Freys, that's not why he's doing it. It would be an incredibly strategically sound move. First Littlefinger has to wait to be summoned. I think LF is counting on the Northmen killing the Boltons, and that Cersei will command his untouched army of the Vale to retake the North. Littlefinger will humbly oblige.
Littlefinger will then summon all the Riverland lords to his side, and then enter the Twins for more Frey men. Littlefinger will then kill them all and free the Frey hostages and make them truly loyal to Sansa, the Queen in the North. Littlefinger is counting on this uniting the Northern houses around Sansa, but when he actually does arrive in Winterfell, he'll find out about Rickon's survival, and he won't take it very well.

Definitely agree. Should be interesting to see what happens when Davos finds him in Skagos.

Didn't Jaime have the Freys release them to the custody of the crown?

Hence plan. Littlefinger won't know until he arrives there of their departure, but if they're released and free, it shouldn't be that much of a detriment to his plan.
Plus I think the Brotherhood is about to ambush the party taking the Frey's hostages to King's Landing. The Brotherhood may join forces with Littlefinger, and thus bring the hostages with her.

Agreed...guarantee if she knew about how he was responsible for Ned's beheading, she'd want to have LF's head on a spike .
I definitely think Sansa is going to be Littlefinger's undoing. She'll eventually find out that Petyr was behind Ned's beheading (and consequently, the subsequent demise/weakening of their house) and she's gonna be pissed and take a thing or two that she learned from his Game of Thrones playbook and own him at his own game.
