Or Livingston Parish maybe?

And Greywater Watch would be Pierre Part.

Have we discussed the possibility that a lot of things that have happened that are hard to explain could be Brans doing by going into the past and what not?

I just don't see pretty much anyone giving Jaime a chance once the Lannisters crumble, no matter what he does from this point onward. Jon, Dany, or Aegon would probably take Tyrion in and make use of him, but in the minds of most of Westeros, Jaime will always be a crippled oath breaker who has no honor. With any of the people who should end up on the Iron Throne, I don't see any of them being welcoming of Jaime, and they'd all likely execute him.

See, I'm holding out hope that if Dany ends up in KL, she will banish him to the Black cells before executing him for murdering her father.

But somehow Barristan will end up reading what he wrote in the White Book and it will give him pause about if everyone is wrong about Jamie. I just think that Jamie's time with the White Book will end up being significant and it will be what shows his true honor, and Barristan will see it and be impressed by it.

Barristan will contact Jamie in the Black Cells as he feels he owes him that much as his former squire and will be convinced that he has become a great knight.

I think Barristan vouches for him to Dany and may defend him in a trial by combat, perhaps against Sir Jorah, the same way Red Viper vouched for Tyrion, and Tyrion will convince Dany to let him have his trial in the hopes that his brother will be saved

That would be awesome.

I hope Ser Barristan would beat Jorah.

The Mormont women are badass...Mormont men, outside of Jeor, not so much.

Barristan isn't likely going to vouch for Jaime. Even before he killed Aerys, Barristan was not a fan of him and thought he had no business being in the King's Guard.

Could it be argued the Freys are the trashy, inbred hillbillies of Westeros? They're so gross. And the cajun Reeds and crannogmen hate them. Kind of like how people from Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama have a rivalry with each other.

Freys are more like West Virginians. Pure trash on every level. At least some of the more redneck and backwards places pride themselves on their hospitality, but West Virginians just don't give a frick about that. Massive family, kids constantly dying before their parents, no hospitality, and take any slight as a declaration of war.

Well right, kind of like Brienne. But she eventually saw him for what he really is.

I don't see why we'd hear so much about Jamie and his time studying and thinking about what to add to the White Book unless it is going to come into play.

Barristan reading it, seeing the way Jamie viewed him, and possibly the way Jamie views himself, not as some brash cocky glory hound, but someone that is ashamed of the way he was and has worked hard to change even though he is doomed to be misunderstood would strike Barristan pretty strongly IMO.

Plus, what better way to see Barristan in action than a trial by combat?

I want to see Barristan cut through someone like cutting a cake , like he said when Joffrey made him retire in season 1.

I'd assume Jamie would need some one from the kings guard too.

I saw that too. Did the admins give him the banhammer?

ETA: I think he got banned, which was well deserved.

I just stay off of the hodor threads entirely, just to be safe.

So, if that FB post today is to be believed, then Coldhands will be in season 4 and Bran and the Reeds will find Bloodraven. I may need to rethink my predictions on what happens in each episode and how far they get into AFFC and ADWD this season.

Oh, without a doubt they are going to delve into AFFC and ADWD next season. They only have the last 1/3 of ASoS left, and while a lot of shite goes down in that last part of book 3, I think they're going to go into books 4 & 5 though. Season 5 cliffhanger will probably be Jon being stabbed.

Fwiw I think they're gonna start doing TWoW crap in season 6, regardless of whether Ser Too Fat to Write a Book is finished before then. I'd imagine he's probably been giving D&D all the manuscripts and rough drafts he's done so far of the chapters he's written.

I think it will still be the same. Varys killing Kevan. Granted I think they'll have Varys cross the Narrow Sea with Tyrion to keep Varys still active for the audience, only to cross back with Aegon.
