Healthiest ever entering training camp

Hicks fractured hand in OTA's will miss first few days, might stat on PUP list
Monitor Ingram
Upgrades of facilities are awesome/done
Down to 90 player list
Mickey is looking at coaches, and Benson and him will decide which coach will go forward to coach the first 6 weeks
Payton would be proud of their progress/organization
Conditioning tomorrow

I don't know about you guys, but this is getting me really excited. Actually making more comfortable and confident in the guys. He is saying all the right things.

He must post here.

I took a 10 min break from the recap. WWLTV video feed is working for my firefox but not chrome oddly.

Lofton was a thumper, lost weight showing great range, leadership, and versatility in practice. Hawthorn looks good as well.
Reiterating players never intended to hurt anyone, Vitt stands behind Vilma
Can't replace Vilma, but Lofton is pretty damn good, closest thing Vitt has seen to Vilma.
Pre-season doesn't count but they matter, want to see certain players progression, see players play well.

Payton being hurt last season definitely prepped them for his suspension, a little exposure to him being absent.
Carmichael did well.
Camp and first few weeks of season will be tough trying to establish identity without Payton

Paraphrasing but I like this....

Most talented team, and best team he has seen since with Saints, pieces are there, just need to execute and work.

Drew confident with systems, where they are currently, and where they are headed
Payton has done a great job molding players and coaches to take over after him, succession.
Drew excited for this season, they don't know what to expect due to offseason
Drew respects Vilma great deal, Vilma incredibly committed and great mentor/leader

Drew says he needs to get acclimated with the young guys, will take a few days, but he's excited
Drew has no intentions of being there for Vilma's actual hearings, due to camp, but will support Vilma
Drew says it will be incredibly tough to match last years stats, but he wants to be better this year
Talent level is pretty good, Drew can't say if it's best he's been around, but they have been through the most, can't say they aren't the best either

Drew and everyone else really do believe they can win every game, the mindset. Even if they are "outmatched" they feel they will win every game
Drew is excited for this season, bolstered up D-line, new linebackers, good drafting of secondary, Jimmy and Sproles continue to learn more of the offense and grow

Harper small grasp on defense, need to continue to learn defense, Spags will continue adding more to the defense
This defense will allow D-line to get after QB, Harper doesn't know if Spas will let him cut loose blitzing
Harper impressed with Lofton and Hawthorne, Chamberlan knows system
Harper says there will be more eyes on the ball, players can react to QB expect better breaks on the ball. Still expects blitzes, more zone blitzing. Coverages will be mixed up a lot more

Harper, "GW told us it was ok if we missed an assignment as long as we played fast."

NO shite. It showed on the field.

I guess this explains the San Fran debacle.
