I'd like to linex the inside of my duck boat. Has anyone had this done to their aluminum boat? Like it?

I had a friend do this. It sucked! Once you got your boots or waders wet and tried to walk on it, it was like ice. He sanded the stuff off the front deck and floor and rolled his own, mixed in some sand. It worked much better. It will add weight but it makes the ride a lot more quiet.

we've sprayed liners in peoples boats and i wouldn't recommend it. like the previous poster said, it gets slick.

I have a fiberglass boat I run as a duck boat... Thought about spraying the bottom with linex to help prevent structural damage.

Would this even help or waste of time?

Durabak better then linex. You can get it with non skid rubber in it. Works out great in a boat and not hard on ones feet.
