Your top 5 breweries

I was cooking and drinking Green Flash's Double Stout, and realized that every beer i've had by them, has been amazing. So what is your top 5 breweries right now? Based on the beers you've had.
1. Green Flash - I've tried Hop Head Red, West Coast IPA, Rayon Vert, Le Freak, Double Stout, and Imperial IPA. Every one of them was a damn good beer. I'm recently new to green flash, but they are my new favorite brewery.
2. Stone - Gotta love Stone. Though they are a more hop-centric brewery, if you like ipa's, this is a must. Beers Tried: IPA, Arrogant Bastard, Oaked Arrogant Bastard, Russian Imperial Stout, Ruination, Levitation, Pale Ale, Vertical Epic 2011
3. Dogfish Head - I know that they've garnered alot of popularity from the tv show Brewmasters, but they make some damn fine beer, and push the creative edge to beer. Beers Tried: 90-minute IPA, 60-Minute IPA, India Brown Ale, Raison D'etre, My Antonia
4. Great Divide Brewery - I haven't had too many of their brews, but they were all fantastic. Their Wood Aged Double IPA was one of the best IPA's i've ever had. I can't imagine that they would do a bad job at the rest. Beers Tried: Yeti Imperial Stout, Espresso Oak Aged Yeti, 18th Anniversary Wood Aged Double IPA
5. Samuel Smith - I know it's kind of plain, and they don't branch off from the traditional styles, but if i'm honest, then it's one of the best breweries i've tasted. I've had almost all of their brews, and can't say that i hated any of them. Although a couple were just ok. But it's a constant that i have a sam smith of some variation in my fridge. Beers Tried: Oatmeal Stout, Nut Brown Ale, Imperial Stout, Organic Lager, Organic Strawberry, Winter Welcome, Yorkshire Stingo, Taddy Porter
Honorable Mention: Deschutes, Mikkeller, Parish (i've only had canebrake, but i'm impressed, and because they are from LA, they get a nod).
These are my personal favorites. I know there are some very good breweries out there, but based on the beers i've tasted, these are my picks. Breweries like Russian River and lagunitas are not on here simply because i haven't tried enough of their beers to make an honest opinion.

Nothing wrong with this. Stick with what you do and do it right.

Pumpkinator is the best pumpkin ale i've ever had. But they just have too many other beers that are just kind of meh. I'm not big on their santo. Weedwacker is ok, the summer pils isn't bad, fancy lawnmower is good too. The only thing that stands out is their pumpkinator, at the moment. So they are on the waiting list to get in.

God, that's a tough question. I'm going to take a stab at it. I'm not going to be able to rank them 1-5, but I'll get try and get them down.

I like your list and my top 3 would be the same, but I'd have to throw NOLA in there b/c I'm a homer and like brew made with love.

I need to give NOLA another try. I stay away from their beers, because i wasn't big on them the first time i had them, which was a couple years ago. I've had the blonde (don't remember) the brown recently (bad 6 pack i think, sat on the shelf awhile), hopitoulas (i remember hating this beer, but i also didn't develop a taste for hops, like i have now). I need to go somewhere and sit down and just try them all.

I've only had Terrapin Hopsecutioner, but it was delicious.
I've had Sweetwater 420, and that was good too. But i've heard their ipa and blue is not good at all.

They are both excellent. I actually like Southern Tier's the best though. With that being said, I haven't had a chance to try St. Arnold's yet. I haven't found the Pumpkinator offered in Charleston so far.

I really like their Terrapin Rye Pale Ale

I like the IPA. I don't like the Blue, but I'm not much for Blueberry beer.
They have a wheat out that I really like. Waterkeeper.

I don't know if I can rank them 1-5, but here are five:
Stone
Lagunitas
Alesmith
Deschutes
Oskar Blues
I'm with you about Russian River. What I've had has been very good, but I've only had 2 of theirs.
For more of a local flare, I prefer Real Ale, Rahr & Sons, and NOLA. I also like the limited offerings I've had from Live Oak and (512)

there really is no comparison between DFH Punkin and SA Pumpkinator. The only thing they have in common is the pumpkin, but they are completely different styles of beer.

Well pumpkinator was the first pumpkin ale i've had that was like a stout. Most of them are light in color.
And once October gets here, i'll probably grab about 6 bottles to horde.

eh, not really into ranking things.. but for the sake of the thread right now I'd probably go with (in no particular order):
Cigar City
Southern Tier
Green Flash
Stone
Mikkeller

Mikkeller

Can't really rank them, so in no particular order:
Russian River
Stone Brewing
Bell's
North Coast
Dogish Head
Deschutes
Yeah, I know that's 6. So sue me.
