There are many good ones, but one of my favorites is Tien vs Imperfect Cell. I know it wasn't much of a fight, but considering that by that point everybody except for the Sayans and Piccalo were pretty much useless against that kind of power it was pretty impressive of him to hold off Cell like that to give 18 a chance to run.
By the way, did anybody else get pissed off at 18 for just standing there for so long while everybody is telling her to get the hell away from there?

Yeah, if they had fought as soon as Vegeta arrived on Namek.
ETA: Actually, Vegeta would have gotten raped at that point. Nail was much stronger at that time.

I'm talking about when Vegeta showed up at the Elder's. This was after he recovered from the Zarbon beatdown and before the Ginyu Force arrived. They would've been about equal.
