First time browsing the m/TV board in awhile and find this gem of a thread. geeking out big time remembering all this dbz stuff.
I've got about 30gigs of episodes and movies for my son (almost 2) to watch when he gets older. Will be a good reason to run through it all again.

There are lots and lots of parallels and foreshadowing all throughout DB and DBZ. It's one of the things that make the series great. The connections you make even though you've seen it 10 times, another thing clicks.

The art style got more and more angular as the series went on. A little too much after the Cell stuff. Goku was actually 14 then.
