Trolling motor help.

Got a bit of a rumbling type noise coming from the lower unit on my Minn Kota Saltwater series . I know it's spooking fish. Was thinking about trying to fix it myself. Sounds like probably bearings . Is this a DIY type job ?

Yes and no. There is a couple orings that will need replacing along with seals at the prop shaft. Best to take it in.
