What nice prospects have we even really been linked to so far. Am I missing something?
All it seems that has happened is people trying to get Gordon.
I know nothing can officially happen until 7/11; however, it seems there is a lot of chatter involving other teams so far, but not a lot involving us.

His all depends on the EG10 deal. We may e able to trade for what we need.We do like Jason Thompson as our not permanent 5. Well give Aminu a chance to prove himself before making any SF moves.

I've heard guys like Nick Young and Courtney Lee, but no big names. My guess is the FO wanted to focus on Gordon and see what would come of his situation before they determined what positions they needed to upgrade.

Batum was schedule to visit, but canceled after visiting Minnesota.

I hope we can get this EG deal done so we don't lose all our chances at the FA this year.

I am one of the few who think the Hornets are taking the slow but steady approach seriously and may look at just bringing back Kaman if hes interested and locking up EG. Then when we make NOLA a more appealing place to play and have the money to spend over the next couple years we build around the core three we have now.

I can actually see that happening and have somewhat thought that was very possible for a while now. I think we have a pretty exciting team right now if we resign Gordon.

The Hornets have also been linked to Roger Mason Jr.

Definitely. As hendo said, if Gordon can "clean his pussy and just play some basketball for a change," we can get progressively better every year with the development of young players and FA acquisitions.
