Chop House at New Sheridan Hotel was good. Also Rustico Restaurante was decent Italian. got the gnocchi. But this was two years ago. YMMV

Oh shite you lucky bastard.

I can't remember the name of the restaurant but it's a thai place (just ask around for it)

From what I remember their Pad Thai is amazing (I state it this way because it was the first time I had Pad Thai so I'm not sure)

Anyway my friends and I would be skiing each day and couldn't wait to be done for the day so we could go have dinner there.

We ate there 3-4 times.

Yeah, Siam is good, I've been there. I'm all about Thai, but I can get it at 3 places in BR.

That Bone in Bison Ribeye at the chophouse is calling my name though

A couple of days to the west of Gunnison with a campfire and a cast-iron skillet will make you forget that the world exists. A big lake and skies that have no end at night for a cieling.

I've done that. I've got the scars to prove it, but now I can afford air conditioning.

It's crazy to think of how isolated Telluride is, I'm taking 3 flights and an hour drive just to get there yet they've got Maine lobster and imported everything on the menu. I understand why the locals are so staunch on keeping it small, but it seems as if there's not a specific lova-vore restaurant there, not that anything grows up there...except hemp
