Extended cut is free and I'm definitely down for dawnguard.

I'm gonna go all vampire lord on some puny humans.

Me3 ending dlc is gonna suck, but the price is right, so I'll go with it.

Free is always right

Im hoping Dawnguard turns out to be pretty big and ME, well lets just say im holding on to one last string that its something good. If its lame, like im sure it will be, atleast its free.

I'd love the skyrim DLC,but I can't even get time to play the original game. And as for Mass Effect, I got it at the midnight release and still have yet to open it. I fear I may be growing up, but given how much i'd like to play them, I don't think I'm there yet.

I picked up both.

Been reading some of the extended cut spoilers on the gamefaqs board. Some pretty amusing editions to the ending if what I read is true.

I'll probably download ME3 tonight. I finished my first playthrough of all 3 ME games about 3 weeks ago and the ending of 3 still burns my soul. Two weeks ago I started ME1 over with an new character class, I played a Vanguard first time through, this time I chose an Infiltrator. I've really enjoyed the differnt playing style and just started him on ME2. So I'm torn between playing the EC DLC and probably just getting pissed all over again, or continuing the fun I'm having in ME2 with the new character....

Curiosity will probably get the better of me and I'll take another bite of the ME3 apple. Even though I know it will probably be a "horse apple".

SPOILERS:

The endings are all much better. Many plotholes have been removed. The original 3 endings are much longer and more epic, imo. And the new ending is quite interesting...although very short.

New ending

apparently you can also shoot the kid to trigger the ending

If these four endings had been in the game originally, I don't think there would have been much bitching at all

Can't wait to try the original endings now. That extra ending was well-done.

I'm just glad that they finally included an option where you could tell the godkid to piss off. Renegade Shepard does what he wants, even if it's a futile fight to the death.

And I played the first few missions on Dawnguard. The Vampire Lord is insanely overpowered. You fly around stealing health and resurrecting the corpses of the recently slain. I ran into a pack of around 5 trolls and I had a field day on those poor bastards. One troll was enough to give me trouble in normal form, seeing as I was a physically weak elf mage. Not the case once I hulk up into super vampire.

You unlock perks as you kill people, it's not tied into the regular leveling mechanic. I managed to get a perk unlock after killing those aforementioned trolls and a few bandits. I felt like I could take on the world with no perks, so I can't wait to see what it's like once I upgrade this thing.

I'm excited to raid a village in vampire form. Resurrecting villagers to help wipe out their former neighbors sounds like too much fun.

I'm assuming the werewolf perks work in a similar fashion. More kills = more abilities.

between Max Payne, Skyrim, and the occasional Battlefield binge, I don't see myself catching these new endings for a bit.

And I could have sworn that some sites said they'd be releasing some new multiplayer maps and characters to go along with this. I guess the rumor mill was wrong for a change.
