Just bought some ground turkey and plan on making meatball subs. Any tips? Anything I need to look out for?

Definitely use egg and panko bread crumbs to keep them together. Brown the outside in a skillet and finish in the oven.

Ok, I have eggs and panko.
After browning in skillet, 40 minutes at 350 in sauce?

Mix with about 50% ground pork

That sounds good, I do that with my ground meat but I don't have any this time

I like to shave a bunch of parm or whatever hard cheese I have into the meatball mix.

That's what I forgot to do. Will add parm before I form them. Thanks.

Browned them in the skillet, then added jar of bertolli and put in oven at 350 for 30 minutes. Just sacrificed one to the food gods to taste, I'm now a big fan of turkey meatballs.
