How do Nkemdiche and Clowney compare coming out of high school?

I'm just curious how they compare. Which was better coming out, more potential, etc.

I have no comment.
I'll just leave this here because you guys expect me to post in every RN thread....because I don't really know.

Clowney was better.
This in my non-expert opinion.

Clowney is a freak that only come around once a decade

Clowney at this point is also proven at the college level. It is impossible to remove this even though the question is posed about them coming out of high school.

Different type of players IMO. Clowney is freakishly fast...also a lot light than Nkemdiche coming out of HS. RN has the frame to play DE around 280-285#'s. Hope he's our next Marcus Spears.

Two different players, but in a situation of choosing just one....
Clowney, without hesitation
His film is beyond legendary
Dude had a first step that is unmatched
Nose for the ball like a MLB, Feet/speed like a DB, Strength of a DL
Felt sorry for the kids who they put him up against, they didn't have a chance.

I'll say RN is better unless he doesn't commit here in which case I will say he is worse.

I understand that.
Though Clowney is a South Carolina, dude is the best player to come out in a while.

Agree they're different style of prospect but Clowney has the potential to be Julius Peppers size down the line which would coincide with where Nkemdiche ends up. 290 range. Difference is that Clowney has that elite length and first step. Best prospect I've seen at DE. I personally feel Rueben Foster and Mario Edwards are much closer to Nkemdiche than Nkemdiche is to Clowney. Clowney is as much a no brainer as a prospect as there is.
