I have about a 1/2 pound of picked crab meat left over from a boil. How does the F&D Board recommend I use it?

Honestly I would just eat it as is.

That is the option on the top of my list but I figured the creative minds here would give me some other choices.

Tablespoon or so mayonnaise, half tablespoon grey poupon, lemon zest, squeeze lemon, salt , pepper and chopped dill. Mix with crab and serve as an appetizer in belgine endive leaves.

I'll second the stuffed pepper idea. I've never liked stuffing them with ground beef, and always preferred some combo of shrimp and crab meat. So if you don't eat as is, I'll agree with brando.

this is delicious to serve with thin sliced baguette buttered and toasted crisp.

Leftover crab meat? Truly a mythical creature, you are as likely to see a pink unicorn in my kitchen as leftover crab meat. Never a morsel has ever escaped the first prep.

i grew up eating seafood in my stuffed peppers; i never did like meat in mine unless i do some type of boudin stuffed pepper or country sausage and rice type. i have NEVER cared for ground beef in mine.

But I had some about eleven years ago. I took an ice chest of shrimp and crab back to SC from La, which cost about nothing in relative terms. The meal made some people very happy.
