XBOX 360 Issue

So I think the graphics port/card/whatever it is went out on my XBOX 360 a couple days ago. I've tried to get video through the HDMI port and the composite cables with no luck. So I spoke with XBOX and they said they would charge me $100 to send it back, fix it, etc. My question is would I just be better off getting a new system rather spending $100 to get my XBOX fixed. I bought it used in 2007.

Keep your hard drive. Buy the cheap arcade version for only $100 more (or even cheaper if you look around online), and you're all set.

Can get the 4 gig slim for 200. Do that and just add flash drives for storage

Just get a new 360. I'd recommend getting the 250GB one Bc if you have the white one, I don't believe the hard drives can fit on the new systems. And only having 4GB and trying to keep track of flash drives is annoying as hell

Should I go ahead and get a new one with the kinect bundle? I need something that will work with my hard drive...I've worked too hard on NCAA to just give it all up haha....I didn't suffer at FAU, TAMU, Boston College, and currently Florida just to throw it all away.

I'm sure there's a way to transfer your saved games pretty easily. As far as the Kinect goes, sure why not. I don't have it, but not bc I don't want it.

My issue is, I wonder if I will use the Kinect or not....anyone know how I would be able to transfer my data from my hard drive to a new one if my hard drive doesn't fit?

They make a cable to transfer all your data from one hard drive to the other. Takes a little while to do if you have a lot of stuff, but it's simple to do. You can get the cable on ebay for like $5-$10
